Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.shop.tasmeem.qa. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

We only ship inside the state of Qatar

Shipping processing time

Order for customized cakes must be placed at least 24 hours prior to delivery time. (Please note that some orders might require more time, however we will do our best to accommodate your request).

For most other products we offer same day delivery with two options for delivery slots

1st delivery: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Order placed the day before or before 6:00 am same day

2nd delivery: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Order placed before 1:00 pm

Please note that you can pre order by choosing a day and time from the calendar that will appear on the checking out page.

We will try our best to deliver the orders placed after 1:00 pm for same day delivery if possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
We do offer every now and then free delivery inside Doha only on orders over QAR 250.00 and some other offers to specific locations inside Qatar.

Tasmeem ships to address within Qatar and we don’t deliver to P.O. Box. Actual and full building address is required for delivery

Damages

Tasmeem is not responsible for any products damaged after delivery. If you received your order damaged before collecting it from our driver, please don’t collect the Item & contact us immediately.
