Refund policy

TASMEEM REFUND POLICY
Terms & Conditions:

(1) We don't refund or replace food items Non-food Items can be exchange within 3 days with the price tag and in the same conditions when purchased.

(2)Refunds will be granted only if the goods purchase was not in good conditions when received/or not what both Tasmeem and the client agreed on when placing the order, based on the law No.8/2008 Regarding consumer Protection, Clause (5)

(3)Claims/Refund will not be honored if ordered cancelled 48 hours before the collection time. Refund for non-food items will not be be honored without the official receipt of Tasmeem.

(4) No changes or amendment can be done 48 hours before the order is due.

البنود و الظروف:

(1) لا نقوم برد أو استبدال المواد الغذائية. يمكن استبدال العناصر غير الغذائية في غضون 3 أيام بسعرها وبنفس الشروط عند الشراء.

(2) سيتم منح المبالغ المستردة فقط إذا لم يكن شراء البضائع في حالة جيدة عند استلامها / أو لم يكن ذلك كما اتفق عليه كل من "تصميم" والعميل عند تقديم الطلب ، بناءً على القانون رقم 8/2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك ، البند ( 5)

(3) لن يتم الوفاء بالمطالبات / الاسترداد إذا تم إلغاء الطلب قبل 48 ساعة من وقت التحصيل. لن يتم قبول المبالغ المستردة للمواد غير الغذائية دون الاستلام الرسمي لـ "تصميم".

(4) لا يمكن إجراء أي تغييرات أو تعديلات قبل 48 ساعة من استحقاق الطلب.
